FOUR OAKS, N.C. — An ATV accident in Johnston County Saturday killed a 54-year-old man.
It happened on Old School Road in Four Oaks.
Deputies said Mike Roy Barbour was riding an all-terrain vehicle away from his house when it flipped on top of him.
There is no word on what caused the accident.
Authorities said Barbour was not wearing a helmet.
