RALEIGH, N.C. — A man accused of stealing the identity of his 8-year-old son is now officially charged with that crime.
Joseph Bostic faces a dozen counts of fraud and drug violations.
Raleigh Police arrested him in January and he was recently indicted.
Last month, detectives arrested Bostic's mother, Fay. Charges were later dropped against her.
