RALEIGH — The Raleigh Housing Authority could find themselves on the wrong end of a class action lawsuit.
Nearly 800 tenants claim the Raleigh Housing Authority cut off their housing subsidies without due process.
On Friday a judge granted the tenants class-action status to pursue their case.
An attorney for the Raleigh Housing Authority said the complaints are without merit.
