RALEIGH, N.C. — A woman accused in the arsenic poisoning death of her husband has a new home.
Ann Miller Kontz was moved to the Women's Prison in Raleigh Friday.
In February, her attorneys successfully lobbied a judge to get her moved out of the Wake County Jail.
Miller Kontz is accused of killing her husband, Eric Miller. She will stay at Women's Prison until she goes on trial in January 2006.
