SILER CITY, N.C. — An Amber alert for a missing 14-year-old girl has been canceled.
Police issued the amber alert for Delia Marquez.
But police say the 20-year-old man she was traveling with from California turned himself in around 12:30 a.m. Friday at the Siler City Police Department.
He had Delia with him and she's fine.
Police say right now, charges are pending against Luis Durate, also known as Gonzales Warren.
