RALEIGH, N.C. — A man accused of using the radio to meet women and then rape them now faces formal charges.
Alejandro Francisco was indicted on kidnapping and rape charges in Johnston County. He already faces similar charges in Wake County.
Detectives said Francisco would advertise jobs on a Spanish radio station.
According to authorities, when Hispanic women met Francisco about the job, they were assaulted.
