RALEIGH, N.C. — Raleigh police are investigating a shooting at a fast food restaurant near Shaw University.
Officers said Shantonio Ellis was shot in the leg behind the drive-thru at a McDonalds restaurant on South Street around 11:30 a.m.
Authorities said Ellis' injuries are not life-threatening.
Police do not have any suspects or a motive at this time.
