CUMBERLAND COUNTY — Officers have put the brakes on a used car dealership.
Cumberland County deputies seized Melvin Motor Company's assets, including the building, vehicles and cash from the register.
A judge ruled the owners ripped off a man who loaned them about $900,000.
The court ordered the owners to pay more than $3 million in damages.
Authorities plan to auction the seized assets in April to help pay the judgment.
