RALEIGH, N.C. — The developer of the former North Hills Mall looks to be buying up land for a new project.
Kane Realty is converting the mall space into offices, shops and homes. The group is on the verge of acquiring 11 acres on the other side of Six Forks Road.
The development comes after the group already bought several other buildings in the area in the past two years.
Developer John Kane said it is too early to say what he will build there.
