MAXTON, N.C. — Robeson County sheriff's deputies are looking for a man accused of killing his girlfriend's father.
Investigators say Richard Locklear III shot Odis Locklear Friday at a home on John L. Road, south of Maxton. They think he is hiding out in nearby woods.
Friends say Richard Locklear has survivalist skills and can adapt to living off the land.
Richard Locklear is considered armed and dangerous.
