RAEFORD, N.C. — A dog is looking for help.
Volunteers at the Hoke-Raeford Humane Society say Scurlock was shot. He has two shattered legs and possibly a broken hip.
Volunteers say a woman found him in front of a nearby school and dropped him off at the shelter.
Scurlock needs surgery, but it could cost about $1,000.
