A fourth suspect allegedly involved in a home invasion that ended in a fatal car wreck is in custody.

Byron Wayne Allen, 23, of Raleigh was charged with accessory after the fact in connection with the Feb. 16 robbery.

During the robbery, police say three men armed with knives and gun stormed into an apartment at the Ivy Chase Apartment complex. They fled and during the getaway wrecked a car, killing one of the suspects.

Police arrested two people over the weekend, Bengie Alston and Tamerco Cunningham, and charged them with robbery and kidnapping.

Police say Cunningham drove the getaway car that eventually crashed, killing a suspect. He's charged with murder in that man's death.

Raleigh police are still looking for Allen Sanders, who they believe is one of the men who stormed the apartment.

Allen is being held at the Wake County jail in lieu of $200,000 bail.
