DURHAM, N.C. — A man with a long history of drunken driving is now formally charged with murder.
A grand jury indicted Kenneth Maready on second-degree murder charges.
He's accused of causing the accident that killed Kay Stokes in Durham Feb. 12.
Maready is due in court next month.
