Four Charged In Drive-By Shooting Of 4-Year-Old

RALEIGH, N.C. — Four people are in jail Tuesday morning charged in the drive-by shooting of a 4-year-old girl on Monday afternoon.

Edgar Castro, Ernesto Herrera, Brian Mayes-Paz and Fabiola Torres are accused of opening fire outside the Fox Ridge Manor Apartments on Rock Quarry Road in Raleigh Monday.

Police say the little girl was walking down some stairs when a bullet pierced a window and hit her leg.

Her injuries are not considered life-threatening.
