HOKE COUNTY, N.C. — Hoke County investigators are looking into a bizarre case.
A woman speeding in her minivan crashed.
When investigators got on scene, they realized she was shot.
The driver, Gwen Locklear, is in the hospital.
Deputies aren't sure if the shooting happened before or after the accident.
