GRAHAM, N.C. — An Alamance County judge ruled a topless bar located next to Interstate 40 crossed the line.
A judge says Dockside Dolls violated a court order by allowing dancers to make contact with customers.
He fined the club $1,000 and is considering closing the club until next month on a nuisance charge.
