GOLDSBORO, N.C. — Police are looking for a former "Teacher of the Year" accused of trading child pornography.
A grand jury indicted Hugh Pate Jr. on 48 counts of exploiting children.
Search warrants indicate he shared images of child pornography from his home computer.
There's no evidence local children are involved.
Pate taught choir at Greenwood Middle School in Goldsboro for five years.
He resigned in October.
