GARNER, N.C. — A man charged with burning down a Triangle apartment building will return to North Carolina this week to face charges.
Reginald Morrison surrendered to police in Maryland over the weekend.
Investigators will charge him with arson for Saturday's fire at the Forest Hills apartment complex in Garner.
Police believe Morrison had a relationship with someone who lived in the building.
Three people were hurt in the fire, including a firefighter.
