CARY, N.C. — A popular Cary restaurant closed its doors for remodeling, but customers wonder if it is closed for good.
The phone number to Gregory's Restaurant at Waverly Place is apparently out of service and customers like Jason Geddie want answers.
Geddie has a wedding reception booked for this summer. He even put down a $1,000 deposit.
"There were rumors that it closed. We called and called. There was no voicemail, no response back," he said.
The Town of Cary said no renovation permit is on file. The landlord said the owner is behind in rent.
