DURHAM, N.C. — The Streets at Southpointe is suing one of its former tenants.
Last summer, customers who ate at Big Bowl restaurant had to get hepatitis shots because of a sick cook. Three months later, the restaurant shut down.
The mall wants the chain to pay for the eight years left on its lease. It also wants repayment of a construction advance of nearly $630,000.
