CHAPEL HILL, N.C. — Three young boys face charges of raping a 3-year-old girl.
Chapel Hill police say the sexual assault happened earlier in January.
Investigators believe two 11-year-olds and a 12-year-old assaulted the girl at the Wilson Day Care Center on Church Street.
The operator of the day care is charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor. She is due in court in February to face charges.
