CHAPEL HILL, N.C. — Residents have a chance to weigh in on the leaf blower debate in Chapel Hill on Monday night.
Councilman Cam Hill wants to ban leaf blowers because he says they are too loud and create pollution.
The Town Council will hold a public forum on the issue Monday night.
Alternatives to a ban will be up for discussion.
The public forum starts at 7 p.m.
