DURHAM — Durham Police are investigating a homicide that occurred early Saturday morning.
Police say 23-year-old George Perry was shot to death.
A passing motorist spotted Perry lying on the ground near a baseball field between Liberty and Holloway streets Saturday afternoon. The motorist called police.
Investigators are following several leads, but no charges have been filed in this case.
