WILMINGTON, N.C. — A grand jury indicted a man accused of causing an accident that killed his friend.
Harrison Palmer, 18, faces several charges, including involuntary manslaughter and DWI.
Police say Palmer lost control of his SUV in Wilmington last month and hit a tree.
Harper Williams, 19, was thrown from the vehicle and killed. He was a freshman at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
