KNIGHTDALE, N.C. — A Knightdale police officer is out of a job after a car ramming incident at an elementary school, authorities say.
Officials say Robert Bizzelle apparently chased his wife Amy to her car in a school parking lot.
According to Amy Bizzelle's mother, he then pounded on the windows and rammed the car with his Jeep.
Amy Bizzelle suffered a back injury.
No charges had been filed, but police are talking with the Wake County District Attorney's Office.
