RALEIGH, N.C. — A Raleigh teenager accused of stealing a pizza could go to prison for a long time.
Police said Raymond Owens, 17, used a gun to steal a large pizza from a delivery person. That makes the crime a felony.
Owens faces up to 17 years in prison.
