OSHA Investigating Painter's Fall From Tower

RALEIGH, N.C. — Investigators from OSHA are looking into a weekend accident at a Raleigh water tower.

Painter Josh Brinkman, 19, fell 90 feet to the ground on Saturday and survived. The tower is located near Brier Creek in north Raleigh.

Investigators will determine who was at fault -- the worker or the company. They hope to have some answers by the end of the week.
