RALEIGH, N.C. — If you are in the market for a Victorian mansion, you can find some near downtown Raleigh.
It could still take awhile before the homes near and along Blount Street are for re-sale.
The state is currently talking to four development teams who want to restore the 25 acres. They will submit their proposals to the state by spring.
Many of the Victorian mansions are currently used as offices.
