Raleigh Man Charged With Embezzlement

RALEIGH, N.C. — A Raleigh man is charged with embezzling $554,000 from a Charlotte-area doctor.

William Markham is accused of taking the money from the personal and business accounts of Dr. Joseph Lockavitch.

Authorities say the embezzling took place for more than two years.
