Two bail bondsmen are in trouble with the law. Investigators say they apprehended the wrong man in Edgecombe County.

Bobby Glenn Judd Jr. and Nicole Bernadette Bargas are charged with burglary and felonious restraint.

Investigators say the bondsmen were searching for Tony Sessoms.

Early Thursday, they found a man with that name in Edgecombe County, but it was not the right person. Investigators say the bondsmen busted the door in and ordered Sessoms on the floor.

Sessoms was handcuffed and taken away, but about two miles into their trip, investigators say the bondsmen realized they had the wrong man.
