Authorities Identify Toddler Shot In Goldsboro

GOLDSBORO, N.C. — Authorities have identified the 2-year-old boy who was shot in Goldsboro.

Police say Antwoine Mayo Jr. died of a gunshot wound at his home over the weekend.

Neighbors told WRAL that another child shot the boy inside the house.

Police will only confirm they are looking into the matter and no charges have been filed.
