KENLY, N.C. — Kenly police officers are searching for a robber who actually lost money during a hold-up.
Officers say the man gave the store clerk a $20 bill to buy a small item.
When she opened the cash register, he demanded all the money inside.
The robber ran off with $16.19, but police say he left his $20 bill behind.
