School Board Votes In Favor Of Dress Code

Posted Updated

ROCKY MOUNT, N.C. — The Nash-Rocky Mount Board of Education has voted in favor of another policy to regulate student attire.

It states, according to state law, the board can require standardized dress at any school or grade level.

A group of parents sued the school system this summer over required school uniforms in middle schools.

Those continuing to fight dress code policies say parents should have some input.
