Drive-By Shooting Sends Child To Hospital

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — Police in Fayetteville have made an arrest in a drive-by shooting that sent a child to the hospital Sunday.

Investigators say Gilbert McPherson fired the shots that pierced the wall of a mobile home.

Tiara Johnson, 12, was struck in the chest.

Johnson is still in the hospital.

McPherson is being held on $25,000 bond.
