Henderson To Have Strict Rules For Halloween

HENDERSON, N.C. — This year's ghoulish fun has some strict rules in the city of Henderson.

Kids can only trick or treat between 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. on Saturday.

Those who do not observe that rule could face charges of trespassing on private property.

Police will only respond when a resident complains.
