Highway Patrol Investigating Fatal Cumberland Wreck

CUMBERLAND COUNTY, N.C. — Troopers believe speed was a factor in a deadly late-night wreck in Cumberland County.

Troopers say a car flipped over on Bingham and Ken Cross Roads around midnight.

Authorities say Blake Dixon was thrown from the vehicle and was dead when the Highway Patrol arrived at the scene.
