Dorothea Dix Employee Pleads Guilty To Indecent Exposure Charge

RALEIGH, N.C. — A Dorothea Dix employee pleaded guilty to indecent exposure for an incident involving young patients.
Otis Simmons originally faced two counts of taking indecent liberties with a minor.
He is the third Dorothea Dix employee to appear in court this year.
One employee was convicted of child abuse while another pleaded guilty to simple assault.
