CARY, N.C. — A Cary woman is not guilty of trespassing and damaging property for throwing goose droppings on her neighbor's front door.
On Monday, a judge dismissed the charges against Patricia Van Scoy, who admitted to dumping the droppings.
Van Scoy blamed her dirty yard on her neighbor, who always fed the geese.
