RALEIGH, N.C. — A Johnston County man is charged in an accident that put two kids in the hospital.
Vincent Stone is accused of passing a stopped school bus and reckless driving.
Investigators say he hit Christopher and Karie Hodges Wednesday morning as they tried to board the bus near Garner.
The brother and sister are still in the hospital. Christopher is listed in good condition and Karie is listed in fair condition.
