FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — Things are looking up for Fayetteville's "
bicycle man
."
Moses Mathis has been giving out free bikes to under-privileged children for years, but a rash of thefts almost prompted him to quit.
Luckily, the community talked him out it and now police recovered many of the stolen bikes.
Officers were investigating a robbery when they found some of the bikes. Three people face charges.
