CARY, N.C. — A Cary town council committee will talk about lifting Cary's ban on neon signs at Monday's meeting.
The proposal would allow the signs on businesses in the town center district.
Business owners say the bright advertising will attract shoppers to the struggling area. Some town leaders disagree, calling the signs tacky.
