RALEIGH, N.C. — Jurors return a guilty verdict for a man accused of murdering a Raleigh city employee.
Dwight McLean was convicted Thursday in the shooting death of Robert Saiz during an attempted robbery.
McLean was 17 years old at the time of the murder. Sentencing begins Friday.
The state is seeking the death penalty.
