FORT BRAGG, N.C. — Fort Bragg begins another round of Robin Sage exercises on Friday.
The training, which runs through Oct. 30, covers 12 counties. Events have been coordinated with local police.
In 2002, a
Moore County deputy
shot two soldiers, because he did not know the training was going on. First Lt. Tallas Tomeny died in the incident.
The role-playing exercises are designed to train prospective Special Forces soldiers.
