CARY, N.C. — Police in Cary say two women stole a shih tzu-poodle mix puppy from the Aristocratic Pet Salon last week.
Kimberly Snyder was working during the theft.
"When she left, I noticed she had a bag over her shoulder. It was full, it was zipped shut and it was wiggling," Snyder said,
Snyder says the puppy was worth about $400.
She said she is worried about its safety. The puppy was still nursing and was not ready to be separated from its mother.
