LEE COUNTY, N.C. — Lee County officials emergency crews have located a man reported missing Monday morning.
Joe Silvis, 75, was found walking down a Sanford street just before 8 a.m. Tuesday.
The Lee County Sheriff's Office and search and rescue teams had been searching a two-mile radius along Deep River Road from the air and on the ground.
Silvis suffers from Alzheimer's disease and has a heart condition.
