RALEIGH, N.C. — A Harnett County woman on probation for killing her newborn son is now charged with violating the rules.
Last summer, Sophia Whitley was sentenced to six months house arrest and probation.
Whitley was not supposed to leave Sampson County where she now lives, but she did anyway.
She is currently being held in jail.
