HENDERSON, N.C. — Police in Henderson have charged a Vance County teenager with the city's latest murder.
Seikeidrick Williams, 19, of Bliley Lane, was arrrested without incident and charged with first-degree murder in the Sept. 4th shooting death of Kenneth Ross, of Henderson.
Police said the shooting followed an argument.
Williams is being held without bond.
