RALEIGH, N.C. — A woman accused of poisoning her husband will return to a Wake County courtroom on Nov. 16.
At that time, the district attorney is expected to decide whether he will seek the death penalty against Ann Miller.
Miller is accused of murdering her husband, Eric, nearly four years ago. She remains in the Wake County Jail without bond.
