RALEIGH, N.C. — A Cary man fighting his callback to the Army is now scheduled to report Oct. 26.
Todd Parrish served eight years in the Army and thought he was done, but the Army said he never resigned.
Parrish sued after he was called back to active duty. A judge denied his request to stop his activation, so now it is up to the Army.
So far, no decision has been reached, but Parrish's report date was pushed back to the end of October.
