RALEIGH, N.C. — A plea was reached Tuesday in a fatal accident that killed two Wake County teens.
Katherine Hart pleaded guilty to making an unsafe movement when she pulled in front of a tractor trailer on U.S. Highway 64 in Cary. Two of her passengers died in the accident.
Hart had faced two more serious charges. Under the plea agreement, she received community service.
